Job Summary :
Skill: Statutory Accounting
Desired Exp: Range: 2 - 5 years
Location – Bangalore
Eligibility:
- Minimum 15 years of regular, full-time education (10 + 2 + 3)
- Graduate/Post Graduate degree in Accounting or Finance
- Experience working in Statutory Audit, Statutory Accounting & Reporting Tax or TP Accounting with the ability to clearly communicate information in an easy to understand manner.
Skill & Responsibilities:
- Support preparation and reconcile USGAAP to statutory financials
- Support preparation and reconcile statutory financials to filed tax return
- Support preparation of data packs & reconciliation for local tax compliance
- Support collection, consolidation of documents & tracking of audit queries and driving to closer with external auditors.
- Support of TP / tax accounting/ tax compliance audits for tax and financial audits
- Contribute to the development of SOPs/desktop procedures & keep them up to date
