Ultra-HNIs and are expanding our leadership presence across key markets.

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic State Head Sales with 15+ years of

experience in financial services and banking. The ideal candidate must have strong exposure to

managing zonal teams or area managers, driving large-scale revenue, and building deep

relationships within the HNI & UHNI segment.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage a 2030+ member sales team, including Zonal Heads and Area Managers

Drive state-level revenue growth and achieve aggressive business targets

Acquire, manage, and expand a strong HNI & UHNI client portfolio

Leverage an existing HNI network to generate high-ticket investments

Build long-term wealth advisory relationships with promoters, business owners, CXOs, and

family offices

Strategize and execute regional expansion plans

Drive lead generation, client acquisition, and large-ticket deal closures

Collaborate with marketing teams for HNI-focused campaigns and investor meets

Mentor and motivate teams to consistently achieve high-value sales targets

Ensure compliance, reporting accuracy, and performance tracking

Requirements

Minimum 15 years of experience in Financial Services, Wealth Management, or Investment

Sales

Strong Banking domain experience, preferably as a Zonal Head or Area Manager

Proven track record of managing zonal teams or multiple area heads

Experience driving regional revenue targets within banking or financial services

Strong HNI & UHNI client network with exposure to high-ticket transactions

Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills

Highly target-driven, accountable, and growth-oriented

Experience in direct sales and large-scale revenue management is strongly preferred
