The Role: Strategic Integration, Not Sales
We are not looking for someone to "sell" insurance policies. We are seeking State Heads to serve as regional architects. Your role is to integrate RFLs Tech-First platform into established large-scale ecosystems:
- B2B Alliances: Partnering with NBFCs, Travel Companies, and Fintechs to embed insurance into their customer flows.
- Aggregator Models: Building "Common Platforms" where partners work with you to leverage RFLs infrastructure.
- Suraksha Adhikaar: Leading our specialised programs for Women and Farmers at a state-wide scale.
