Key Responsibilities:

1. State Leadership, Government Engagement & Central Advocacy

Represent organisation as the official state-level leader in Delhi at both state and central levels.

Build and sustain strategic partnerships with Directorate of Education, district administration, and relevant central education institutions.

Lead central advocacy efforts aligned to organisaions mission, positioning the organization as a credible thought partner in foundational learning reform.

2. Program Implementation & Oversight

Drive state-level strategy, execution architecture, and scale roadmap.

Ensure execution excellence while building systems that are replicable and scalable.

Ensure high-quality execution of training and program implementation, from initial rollout through scale readiness.

3. Team Leadership & Capacity Building

Lead, mentor, and manage a passionate team of Sparks across the state. Drive: o People planning and performance management o Capacity building and continuous learning o Team motivation, well-being and high performance.

4. Monitoring, Reporting & Data-Driven Decision Making

Own the integrity, timeliness, and quality of state-level monitoring and reporting to government and central leadership.

Ensure accurate data collection, compilation, analysis, and use of program data.

Strengthen monitoring systems to ensure insights that translate into continuous program improvement.

5. Stakeholder Management & Visibility

Strengthen organisations credibility and positioning within the central education landscape.

Build and sustain trust-based relationships with senior government officials, partners and key stakeholders.

Qualifications & Experience:

Master's degree in Political Science, Public Policy, International Development, Economics, Social Work, Education, or a related field. Professional Experience:

1012 years of experience in large-scale program management and implementation within government or government-linked systems.

Prior experience in education-focused programs is strongly preferred.
