Job Overview

We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager with proven experience in US IT staffing and recruitment sales . The ideal candidate will be responsible for acquiring direct US clients , expanding existing accounts, managing strategic relationships, and driving revenue across Contract, Contract-to-Hire (C2H), and Permanent staffing models .

This is a high-impact, revenue-focused role for professionals who thrive in a target-driven US staffing environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Acquire new direct US clients for IT staffing services
  • Generate leads through cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, networking, referrals, and email campaigns
  • Negotiate and close MSA, NDA, SOW, and rate agreements
  • Build, manage, and consistently grow a robust sales pipeline
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets
  • Work closely with recruitment and delivery teams to ensure successful closures
US Staffing Operations Knowledge
  • Strong understanding of US staffing engagement models : W2, C2C, 1099
  • Hands-on experience with Contract, C2H, and Full-Time placements
  • Experience working with VMS, MSP programs, and direct US clients
  • Solid understanding of US hiring compliance and staffing workflows
Strategy & Market Intelligence
  • Track market trends, competitor pricing, and in-demand skill sets
  • Identify new technologies, domains, and client verticals
  • Provide strategic inputs to leadership for business growth and expansion
  • Continuously evaluate and optimize sales strategies
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 36+ years of experience in US IT Staffing sales / business development
  • Proven success in direct client acquisition and account growth
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to work US time zones
  • Hands-on experience with CRM, ATS, and sales tracking tools
  • Excellent presentation, proposal-writing, and client-facing skills
Preferred Qualifications
  • Existing direct US client relationships
  • Experience working with mid-tier or large US staffing firms
  • Exposure to State, Federal, or Fortune 500 clients
  • Strong understanding of scalable staffing and revenue models
