Responsibilities

Lead a team of engineers to design, develop, and deploy new Spanner features and enhancements, and provide technical guidance, mentorship, and code reviews to ensure quality software development.
Architect and design scalable, reliable systems that meet the needs of Spanner's growing customer base, and make data based decisions to drive product strategy and ideas.
Propose and implement new features that enhance Spanner's capabilities and differentiate it from competitors.
Troubleshoot technical issues, analyze performance issues, and develop innovative solutions to address customer issues, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues.
