Job Description

Minimum qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
8 years of experience in Software development or Machine Learning.
3 years of experience in a technical leadership role, overseeing projects.

Preferred qualifications:

Experience with Generative Artificial Intelligence (GenAI) techniques (e.g., Large Language Models, Multi-Modal, Large Vision Models) or with GenAI related concepts (language modeling, computer vision) or ML algorithms and tools (e.g. TensorFlow).

Responsibilities

Drive the strategy, features, and roadmap for Docs AI. Contribute to user value delivery, model enhancements, serving and infrastructure, tools, processes, and features, maintaining the standards of technical excellence and quality.
Own features which includes ML modeling, infra, client and front-end.
Build relationships with peers in other teams to develop joint roadmaps, manage dependencies, and influence shared objectives. This includes cross-functional, cross-team partnerships across Workspace and teams.
Navigate engaging collaborations and workspace demands for infrastructure work.
Help leaders make organizational prioritization decisions with an understanding of tradeoffs.
