Job Title: Staff Engineer

Location: Bangalore (Hybrid)

Business & Team: As part of our Customer Hub, we are seeking Engineering Manager to join our team to help propel our customer’s digital transformation journeys with human-centred design thinking and consultation. It is such an exciting time as we build our CBA Customer Hub technology team, implement the Product Engineering model and continue our agile delivery principles

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Implement and support efficient Salesforce solutions to satisfy validated business needs

• Collaborate with engineers and subject matter experts to establish the technical vision

• Collaborate with other internal applications teams to develop Integration solutions between other applications and our platform

• Create technical design documents

• Develop and maintain the platform CI/CD Pipeline

• Should be open to create reusable assets which can be leveraged in other projects

• Conduct peer reviews among the team

• Work in accordance with CBA Salesforce Practice Methodology and Standards 

• Active participant of refinement sessions

• Ability to manage deliverables, technical problems and accountabilities on large programs of work, while working collaboratively as part of a team

Essential Skills:

• Min 12+ years of experience in IT

• At least 7 years of experience working with Salesforce platform

• Certifications - Salesforce Administrator (Mandatory), Salesforce Platform Dev I (Mandatory), Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder(Desirable), Salesforce Platform Dev II (Highly Desirable)

• Delivering Financial Service Cloud, Salesforce Communities, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud (Optional)

• Proficient in Lightning Aura Components, Lightning Web Components, Apex, Triggers and Batch Jobs

• Knowledge of Salesforce APIs and security best practices for API Integrations

• Excellent knowledge of Salesforce Flows, Process builders and Workflows

• Good understanding of Salesforce Platform, especially when it comes to bulk/batch processing capabilities, performance and scalability

• Familiarity with Salesforce CRM Analytics

• Basic knowledge of Windows Servers, Windows Batch Scripts, .Net or Java language.

Education Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree or master’s degree in engineering in Computer Science/Information Technology.
