Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Staff Registered Nurse at our Mumbai facility. The responsibilities include providing preoperative and postoperative care to patients, assisting during surgical and non-surgical treatments, monitoring patient health, ensuring adherence to healthcare protocols, and maintaining detailed medical records. A focus on compassionate patient interaction and collaboration with the medical team is essential for this role.

Qualifications

Professional nursing skills, including patient care, administering medications, and monitoring vital signs
Experience in preoperative and postoperative care practices
Knowledge of infection control, hygiene protocols, and sterile techniques
Strong documentation and record-keeping skills
Effective communication and interpersonal skills to ensure positive patient experiences
Ability to work collaboratively within a medical team and adapt to dynamic healthcare settings
Certified Nursing degree (B.Sc. Nursing, GNM, or equivalent) and a valid nursing license
Prior experience in surgical or aesthetic treatments is advantageous
