Staff Product Manager – Fleet Management SaaS

We're building the next-generation Fleet Intelligence Platform (Telematics / FMS) for the Indian market. Our vision is to transform how commercial vehicles are managed, combining smart telematics hardware, and AI-driven SaaS. With India's 10M+ commercial vehicles and increasing compliance requirements, this is an opportunity to reshape logistics and mobility.

As a Staff Product Manager, you will own core platform capabilities of Fleanos Fleet Intelligence System.

This role is suited for PMs who are comfortable owning complex, technical products and working closely with engineering on platform decisionsnot just feature delivery.

This is a Founding Staff role in an early-stage company.

Equity-first compensation during the pre-funding / pre-revenue phase

Cash compensation to be introduced or significantly revised post funding

This is not a short-term consulting or contract opportunity.

Own product strategy for critical platform domains.

Translate regulatory, operational, and customer needs into scalable systems.

Define product primitives, APIs, and workflows.

Balance customer needs with platform scalability and cost efficiency.

Partner deeply with Staff Engineers and Architects.

Define success metrics tied to adoption, reliability, and scale.

Align stakeholders across engineering, operations, and leadership.

Experience & Background

812+ years in Product Management.

Experience building B2B SaaS or platform products from India.

Strong technical fluency and systems thinking.

Fleet, logistics, IoT, or regulated domains

Very good understanding of: TCU: Teltonika FMC 640, Protocol: J1939, UDS, OBD-II, CAN, BS VI
