Staff Product Designer

We're building the next-generation Fleet Intelligence Platform (Telematics / FMS) for the Indian market. Our vision is to transform how commercial vehicles are managed, combining smart telematics hardware and AI-driven SaaS. With India's 10M+ commercial vehicles and increasing compliance requirements, this is an opportunity to reshape logistics and mobility.

As a Staff Product Designer, you will define interaction systems for Fleanos enterprise fleet products.

This role fits designers who have designed complex enterprise workflows and enjoy deep collaboration with engineering.

This is a Founding Staff role in an early-stage company.

Equity-first compensation during the pre-funding / pre-revenue phase

Cash compensation to be introduced or significantly revised post-funding

Design workflows for fleet operations, compliance, and analytics.

Build and evolve Fleanos design system.

Design high-density dashboards and map-based interfaces.

Conduct user research with operators, drivers, and admins.

Partner closely with PMs and engineers on feasibility.

Mentor designers on systems thinking and usability.

Experience & Background

812+ years in Product Design.

Experience designing enterprise or operational software.

Strong information architecture and workflow design skills.
