Staff Officer to Chairman

Role Overview:

We are looking for a reliable, organised, and experienced Senior Administrative person / experienced Executive Assistant, to manage the back-office operations for the Head of the Organisation. This is an office-based profile requiring strong administrative skills and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate records, trackers, and timelines for events, renewals, and official commitments
• Manage and update office calendars, schedules, and follow-ups
• Maintain office update registers, documentation, and internal records
• Handle air ticket bookings, itinerary planning, rescheduling, and cancellations
• Work efficiently on online portals for bookings, reservations, and cancellations
• Draft, review, and manage written communication, emails, and official correspondence
• Coordinate with internal teams

Qualifying Requirements:

- Proven experience in administrative roles or Executive Assistant to Top Management, preferably reporting to senior leadership

- Strong organisational and time-management skills

- Fluent written and verbal communication skills

- Comfortable working with digital platforms, booking portals, and office tools

- Mature, dependable professional with a high level of confidentiality and responsibility

- Preferred: Extensive experience (10+ years) in administrative or office management roles

What Were Looking For:

A seasoned administrative professional/experienced Executive Assistant who brings stability, efficiency, and structured working to the role, and can independently manage day-to-day administrative responsibilities with minimal supervision.
