What You Get to Do:

• Architect and design technically robust, flexible, and scalable solutions.
• Design and manage database architecture, ensuring data integrity and security.
• Develop and maintain APIs to support frontend functionality and third-party integrations.
• Provide technical mentorship to your team members and do cross team collaboration.
• Optimize your own code and ensure your teams optimize theirs.
• Create clear career paths for team members and help them grow with regular and deep mentoring.
• Perform regular performance evaluations and share/seek feedback.
• Operate with scale and speed amidst flux.
• Set up best practices for development and champion their adoption.

What You Bring:

• B.E/B. Tech or any other similar qualification with 14+ years of work experience.
• Experience in Web Application development on AWS Cloud as a developer or technical lead.
• Proficiency in Python/Go for backend development.
• Exposure to No-SQL Databases, preferably MongoDB.

• Experience in building, developing, and coaching/mentoring teams of top technical talent.
• Experience in managing diverse teams and delivering high-quality projects on time.
• Deep understanding of technology and architecture in a highly scalable and available setup.
• Experience with new open-source technologies and their adoption into product development.
