Staff Engineer, Industrial Engineering (Full Stack Developer with ReactJs, Django Python Skillset)

We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Developer with expertise in ReactJS, Python, and Django to build scalable and efficient applications. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in both front-end and back-end development, database integration, and API development. 

Key Responsibilities:  

Software Development
- Write well-designed, testable, and efficient code for front-end and back-end components.  
- Develop and maintain applications, interfaces, and database integrations.  
- Enhance existing functionality and optimize performance.  

Front-End Development  
- Build and maintain user interfaces using ReactJS.  
- Work with state management libraries like MobX or Zustand.  
- Ensure responsiveness and cross-browser compatibility.  

Back-End Development
- Develop and maintain RESTful APIs using Python and Django.  
- Implement ORM (Object Relational Mapper) libraries for database interactions.  
- Manage relational database models and schemas.  

Collaboration & Compliance  
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align with business objectives and compliance standards.  
- Work in an Agile development environment with CI/CD best practices.  
 

Education & Experience  
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field (BE/B-Tech preferred).  
- 6-8 years of experience in ReactJS, Python, and Django. 

Technical Expertise  
- Experience in building and maintaining REST APIs.  
- Strong understanding of OOP principles.  
- Proficiency in Git and GitLab/GitHub/BitBucket.  
- Familiarity with Docker and containerization (Kubernetes preferred).  
- Experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, Git, Artifactory, and Spinnaker.

Preferred Skills  
- Experience with AngularJS and .NET Framework is a plus.  
- Good understanding of JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.  
- Passion for problem-solving, learning, and continuous improvement.
