Staff Engineer

We are looking for highly experienced Reliability Engineering professionals with a strong engineering background (BE/BTech in Electrical, Mechanical, Biomedical, or related fields). The ideal candidate should have handson expertise in reliability tools and statistical analysis platforms including Python, JMP, Minitab, DOE++, Weibull++, ALTA, and BlockSim.

Candidates must bring significant experience in designing, validating, executing, and documenting reliability test protocols, especially across HALT, HASS, and Accelerated Life Testing methodologies.

Industry experience from Medical Devices, Healthcare, Biotechnology, Aerospace, or Automation is essential, with a proven track record of working in regulated, highreliability product environments
