ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Define power integrity architecture and methodology for advanced multi-die systems and 3D-IC designs

Provide expert consultation on complex power delivery challenges and chip-package co-design

Drive innovation in power integrity analysis leveraging machine learning and advanced modeling techniques

Lead technology pathfinding for next-generation power delivery solutions and analysis capabilities

Collaborate with architecture, design, and packaging teams to establish power delivery requirements

Contribute to intellectual property development through patent submissions in power integrity domain

Publish technical papers and present at industry conferences on advanced power integrity topics

Provide technical leadership and mentorship across the power integrity engineering organization

Drive cross-domain initiatives to optimize power delivery and thermal management
