ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Build, lead, and develop static timing analysis team to support multiple concurrent projects

Own timing signoff responsibility for all chip programs within the organization

Establish timing methodology standards and ensure consistent application across projects

Manage team workload, resource allocation, and capacity planning

Drive hiring initiatives to build team capability and address skill gaps

Conduct performance evaluations, provide feedback, and support career development

Coordinate with cross-functional management to resolve timing-related project issues

Manage tool licensing, infrastructure requirements, and vendor relationships

Implement quality metrics and drive continuous improvement in timing closure efficiency
