Job Description
Role Overview
We are seeking a skilled SQL Server / SSIS Developer to design, develop, and maintain ETL workflows and database solutions on the Microsoft data platform. The role focuses on building and optimizing data integration processes using SSIS and SQL Server in a structured enterprise data environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain ETL packages using SSIS
- Develop complex queries, stored procedures, and database objects in SQL Server
- Perform data extraction, transformation, and loading from multiple sources into SQL Server
- Optimize SQL queries and ETL performance for large datasets
- Troubleshoot data load failures and data quality issues
- Support deployment and maintenance of SSIS packages across environments
- Collaborate with reporting/BI teams consuming SQL Server data
Required Skills
- Strong hands-on experience in SSIS (SQL Server Integration Services)
- Strong SQL development skills (joins, CTEs, stored procedures, performance tuning)
- Experience with SQL Server database development and data warehousing concepts
- Experience handling large data volumes and ETL workflows
- Understanding of relational database design
Nice to Have
- Basic to intermediate C# (for SSIS scripting tasks, custom components, or utilities)
