## **Role Summary**

We are looking for a Senior UI/UX Designer with hands-on experience in the mobility domain who can design scalable, high-impact product experiences in a fast-paced environment.

You will work closely with Product, Engineering, and Operations teams to simplify complex ride-sharing and operational workflows into intuitive, data-driven digital experiences.

## **What Youll Do**

* Own the complete design lifecycle: discovery, research, user flows, wireframes, prototypes, UI design, testing, and iterations.

* Design seamless rider, driver, and operations journeys.

* Create responsive web dashboards and Android-first mobile experiences.

* Design map-based tracking, booking flows, operational panels, and analytics dashboards.

* Collaborate closely with developers for smooth implementation.

* Translate real-world mobility challenges into scalable product solutions.

* Contribute to and maintain a structured design system.

## **What Were Looking For**

* 45 years of UI/UX experience with **mandatory experience in Mobility / Ride-sharing / Delivery or Logistics Solutions**.

* Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end product thinking.

* Expertise in Figma (Auto Layout, Components, Variables, Prototyping).

* Strong understanding of interaction design, UX principles, and visual hierarchy.

* Experience designing data-heavy and map-based interfaces.

* Comfortable working in agile, fast-moving teams.

* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

## **Good to Have**

* Experience in logistics ordelivery platforms.

* Experience with enterprise dashboards and operational tools.

* Basic understanding of frontend constraints.

* Knowledge of accessibility best practices.
