Reports to the Documentation Content and Delivery Manager but will work closely with all Product Leads and interact with the wider Business Analysis and Engineering teams. Responsible for contributing to the production and maintenance of all customer facing Product content. Responsibilities
Writing editing and maintaining all Product User Guides across the Meritsoft Product suite. Producing and publishing other customer facing technical reference-help-training content as required. Working with Product Leads to ensure the Product Guides are updated as or when new features are added to Products. The ideal candidate thrives in a dynamic fast-paced environment and has a strong background in technical writing editing and developing technical content. You will have experience editing in-depth content for Enterprise Software products and you will have experience driving consistency and unity across multiple content deliverables. You will bring to the process a solid understanding of customer needs when using Enterprise Software and experience advocating on behalf of customers.
