Your work profile

As an AM/ DM grade in our FA ICC Support Team youll build and nurture positive working relationships with teams and internal stakeholders with the intention to exceed expectations: -


As an AM/ DM, you will have the opportunity to be involved in diverse nature of engagements where you will:
Key Responsibilities:


Risk Management Processes:

Demonstrate a deep understanding of risk management frameworks, including familiarity with the Three Lines of Defence model.
Identify, evaluate, and mitigate risks by implementing and testing robust risk processes.
Provide proactive insights to improve risk controls and align with organizational risk appetite.





Compliance and Regulation:

Exhibit a strong compliance mindset, ensuring all activities adhere to regulatory standards and internal policies.
Perform compliance testing of risk processes and controls, identifying gaps and proposing remediation.





Contracts and Agreements:

Analyze agreements and contracts at high level to identify potential risk implications and ensure key nuances are understood and documented.
Collaborate with legal teams to align on risk-related aspects of contracts.






Communication and Networking:

Engage effectively with internal and MF stakeholders, demonstrating excellent English communication skills (verbal and written).
Build and maintain a strong network within the Deloitte risk management community to share insights and best practices.





Proactive Risk Leadership:

Take initiative in identifying emerging risks and proposing strategic solutions.
Drive risk awareness and education across teams.




Desired qualifications

Educational Background:

Bachelors degree in business, Risk Management, or a related field.
Law degree is a plus, particularly for contract review and legal risk analysis.





Certifications (Preferred):

Professional certifications such as CRISC (Certified in Risk and Information Systems Control), CISSP (Certified Information Systems Security Professional), or equivalents in risk and compliance.
Familiarity with ISO standards related to risk management (BCP)



Key Skills and Attributes:

Technical Skills:

Familiarity with risk frameworks, including the Three Lines of Defence model and industry best practices.
Proficiency in testing and documenting risk processes.





Soft Skills:

Strong networking abilities within the risk management community.
Proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate challenges and recommend solutions.
Ability to understand the nuances of agreements and contracts.





Communication:

Excellent English communication skills, with the ability to convey complex risk concepts clearly to diverse stakeholders.





Compliance-Oriented:

Strong understanding of compliance requirements and the ability to implement controls effectively.




Preferred Experience:

Experience working in risk management, compliance, or legal roles in industries like finance, consulting, or technology.
Proven track record of working collaboratively in cross-functional environments to manage and mitigate risks.
