Job Summary
We are seeking a Sr. Process Executive-Ops with 2 to 4 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Brokerage Operations preferably OTC products. Experienced in handling reconciliations brokerage calculations & handling brokers. The role requires domain knowledge in Fees Billing & Comm (Inst Brok) OTC Brok Fees Paybls & Rcvabls and Investment Banking & Brokerage.
Responsibilities
Manage and execute daily operational tasks related to Transact (Derivatives) to ensure smooth processing.Oversee billing processes to ensure accuracy and timeliness in invoicing and payments.Perform Reconciliations across multiple OTC productsInvestigate exceptions and resolve discrepancies (rate & trade)Collaborate with multiple teams to investigate and process payment requests for brokers.Handle broker queries and manage their outstanding payables and reporting of all brokerage fees invoiced and paidSupport stakeholders by providing accurate and timely data.Provide regular updates and reports on operational metrics to stakeholders.Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement solutions to enhance efficiency.Assist in the development and maintenance of operational documentation and procedures.Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues and improve service delivery.Participate in training and development programs to stay updated with industry trends and best practices.Contribute to the companys purpose by ensuring high-quality operational support that impacts society positively.
Qualifications
Possess strong technical skills in OTC Derivative products & brokerage calculation methodologyDemonstrate excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.Exhibit strong communication and interpersonal skills.Show proficiency in using relevant software and tools.Be detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently.Have a proactive approach to identifying and addressing operational challenges.
Certifications Required
Preferably understanding of Capital Markets and Trade Life Cycle
