Senior Patent Associate ICT Drafting

We are looking for a Senior Patent Associate to join our ICT Patent Drafting team. The role involves drafting high-quality patent specifications and working closely with inventors, attorneys, and global clients across cutting-edge technology domains.

Key Responsibilities

Draft complete patent specifications (US, EP & other jurisdictions)

Analyze invention disclosures and translate complex technical concepts into clear patent documents

Collaborate with inventors, attorneys, and internal teams

Review drafts, ensure quality, and meet delivery timelines

Mentor junior team members and support quality initiatives

Experience & Skills

25 years of experience in ICT patent drafting

Strong technical understanding in Computer Science / Electronics / Communication technologies

Excellent English writing and analytical skills

Exposure to US/EP prosecution is a plus

Qualifications

B.Tech / M.Tech in CS, ECE, EE, VLSI, or related fields

Patent Agent qualification is a plus
