Job Description
- E-commerce background preferably Fulfilment center/warehousing experience
- People from Amazon / Flipkart / Grofers / Big basket will be preferred
- Responsible for owning E2E business operations of the Grocery Product
- Drive customer KPIs and ensure smooth operations
- Responsible for handling and managing Product P&L
- Conceptualize & develop processes/SOP/workflow
- Improve product efficiency through tech-enabled solutions and processes
- Build a strong relationship with customer/Liaison with internal stakeholders to improve the customer SLAs
- Deliver superlative customer experience through process innovation and improvements
- Drive business share and margin improvement portfolio across the operating locations
- Develop people, process, and product across the operating locations
- Drive frugality, bias for action, customer-focused aspects across the operating locations
