Job Summary

We are seeking a results-driven IT Sales Executive Staff Augmentation to drive revenue growth by selling IT staffing and staff augmentation services to clients across various industries. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in B2B sales, client acquisition, and managing end-to-end sales cycles for IT staffing solutions.


Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities for IT Staff Augmentation and Contract Staffing services
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, decision-makers, and stakeholders
  • Understand client requirements and propose suitable IT resource solutions (Finacle etc.)
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure
  • Collaborate closely with recruitment and delivery teams to ensure timely fulfillment
  • Prepare and present proposals, pricing models, and contracts
  • Negotiate terms and close deals while ensuring profitability
  • Maintain accurate sales data
  • Track market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies
