Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sr.HR Executive / Assistant Manager MIS & Onboarding to support HR operations through accurate data management, reporting, and seamless employee onboarding. The role requires strong coordination skills, HR documentation expertise, and hands-on experience in HR MIS and joining formalities.

Key Responsibilities

HR MIS & Reporting

Maintain and update HR MIS, employee master data, and personnel records.

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly HR reports (headcount, attrition, onboarding, etc.).

Ensure data accuracy across HR systems and Excel trackers.

Support HR audits and management reporting requirements.

Employee Onboarding

Manage the end-to-end onboarding process for new joiners.

Coordinate with recruitment, IT, admin, and payroll teams for a smooth joining.

Collect, verify, and maintain employee documentation.

Conduct HR induction and ensure completion of joining formalities.

Create and update employee files (physical & digital).

HR Operations Support

Assist in confirmation, transfer, and exit documentation.

Coordinate background verification and medical checks (if applicable).

Address employee queries related to HR documentation and policies.

Support HR initiatives and process improvements.

Qualifications & Skills

Masters degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.

35 years of experience in HR operations, MIS, or onboarding.

Strong knowledge of HR MIS and advanced MS Excel.

Familiarity with HR processes, documentation, and basic labor compliance.

High attention to detail and data accuracy.

Good communication, coordination, and organizational skills.

Preferred Skills

Experience with HRMS tools in a minimum size organisation with more than 2000 employees.

Exposure to audits or compliance documentation.

Ability to manage multiple joinings simultaneously.
