Job Summary
We are seeking a Sr. Functional Analyst (ISG) with 8 to 11 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in GoLang and a background in Finance & Accounting is a plus. This hybrid role requires a proactive individual who can work effectively in a day shift contributing to our innovative projects and enhancing our business solutions.
Responsibilities
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements ensuring alignment with project goals and objectives.Develop and implement functional specifications that meet business needs leveraging expertise in GoLang to optimize solutions.Provide technical guidance and support to team members fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.Conduct thorough testing and validation of software applications ensuring high-quality deliverables that meet user expectations.Monitor and evaluate system performance identifying areas for improvement and implementing effective solutions.Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of new functionalities into existing systems.Document processes and procedures maintaining comprehensive records for future reference and compliance purposes.Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies applying this knowledge to enhance project outcomes.Facilitate workshops and training sessions to enhance team capabilities and ensure successful project implementation.Analyze financial and accounting data to provide insights and recommendations that drive business growth.Ensure adherence to project timelines and budgets delivering solutions that meet organizational objectives.Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and methodologies enhancing overall efficiency and effectiveness.Support the hybrid work model by effectively managing tasks both remotely and on-site ensuring consistent productivity.
Qualifications
Possess a strong technical background with extensive experience in GoLang.Demonstrate knowledge in Finance & Accounting enhancing the ability to deliver domain-specific solutions.Exhibit excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.Show proficiency in project management and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.Display effective communication skills capable of conveying complex information clearly and concisely.Have a proven track record of delivering high-quality software solutions on time and within budget.
Certifications Required
Certified GoLang Developer Finance & Accounting Certification preferred.
