Roles and Responsibilities:
- Preparing & Analyzing various type of data relating to Sales, Field Working, Call Averages, etc.
- Compilation & Analyzing Secondary Sales Data
- Calculating & Clearing Monthly Incentives of Field force
- Calculating & Clearing Brand wise Incentives of Field force
- Calculating & Co-coordinating Annual Incentive earner for Foreign Tour
- Analyzing Monthly Incentive in details & forwarding report to Divisional heads, VPs & president
- Preparing Incentive Ready Reckon for Divisional Heads.
- Annual Budget Activity & Preparing Field Targets on various level e.g. H.Q wise, Area wise, Region wise, Zone wise etc.
- Preparing monthly Coverage Report, Activity Report of Field Force & other Management required Reports
- Preparation of Provisional Outgo for Financial Reporting, understanding of various scheme parameters, Scheme Building in Anaplan etc.
- Preparing MIS reports
- Primary & Secondary Sales Masters to be updated
- Maintain Division Employee Master in the SAP
- Keeping track of Secondary Sales statements
- Preparing various reports of Secondary Sales
Education Qualification:
Any graduate with minimum 5 years of relevant experience
