Role Description:

We are seeking an experienced SRE Lead with strong hands-on expertise on Azure, GCP and/or AWS platforms, to be based in Bengaluru, India.

The ideal candidate should have the following skills and hands on experience:

Required Skills & Experience:

• Kubernetes (GCP, Azure, AWS or whatever variants)
• Cloud services (prefer GCP)
• Containers (docker, OCI, etc.)
• CI/CD
• Pipelines
• pipelines as code
• configuration and secrets management
• Application experiences (optional, but highly preferred)
• Insurance domain experience preferred
• Solid documentation skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior management.

Briefing for interview:

• Prepare to screenshare and show browsers
• Searching and reference material lookup is allowed and encouraged!
• Google, stackoverflow, any reference sources
• AI tools, chatgpt, claude, deepseek, etc.
• Everything used in the session must be clearly screenshared and visible throughout the interview
