Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Developer with 6 to 8 years of experience in Node.js and Java. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and a passion for developing innovative solutions. Experience in Finance & Accounting domains is a plus. This hybrid role offers the flexibility of working both remotely and on-site with a day shift schedule.
Responsibilities
Develop and maintain high-quality software solutions using Node.js and Java.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define design and ship new features.Ensure the performance quality and responsiveness of applications.Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs.Help maintain code quality organization and automation.Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies.Contribute to the continuous improvement of the development process.Work closely with product managers to understand requirements and deliver solutions that meet business needs.Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.Ensure that all development activities adhere to company policies and standards.Develop and execute unit tests to ensure code quality.Document software designs and code for future reference.
Qualifications
Possess a strong understanding of Node.js and Java with at least 6 years of hands-on experience.Demonstrate experience in developing and maintaining complex software systems.Exhibit strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.Have excellent communication and collaboration skills.Show familiarity with Finance & Accounting domains is a plus.Display a commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
