Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Developer with 5 to 7 years of experience in Python3 for our hybrid work model. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development and a keen interest in Finance & Accounting. Responsibilities
Develop and maintain high-quality software solutions using Python3.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define design and ship new features.Ensure the performance quality and responsiveness of applications.Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs.Help maintain code quality organization and automation.Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.Work closely with product managers to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications.Implement best practices for software development and ensure compliance with company standards.Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure our solutions remain cutting-edge.Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.Contribute to the continuous improvement of the development process.Develop and execute unit tests to ensure code quality.Document software designs and code for future reference.
Qualifications
Possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in software development with Python3.Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.Have experience in Finance & Accounting domains is a plus.Show proficiency in writing clean maintainable and efficient code.Exhibit excellent communication and teamwork skills.Have a solid understanding of software development principles and methodologies.Be familiar with version control systems like Git.Display a proactive attitude towards learning and adopting new technologies.Hold a Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field.Have experience with Agile development practices.Show the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.Demonstrate a strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.Be comfortable working in a hybrid work model with a day shift.
Certifications Required
Certified Python Developer Finance & Accounting certification is a plus.
