Job Description
This individual will be responsible for developing brand strategies, marketing plans, and product innovations to drive product growth. They should feel comfortable working cross-functionally to execute these strategies and ensure brand consistency.
The goal is to increase sales and profitability of milk & milk products business by focusing on marketing and innovation. Building portfolio with sub brands catering to the consumer needs, focused marketing campaigns to drive category sales and launching new products .
Must have experience in FMCG/Food industry.
Responsibilities
- Brand positioning and consumer insights
- Develop and execute 360 degree marketing plans
- Translate brand elements into plans and go-to-market strategies.
- Monitor market trends, research consumer markets, and competitor activities
Qualifications
- Post Graduate or equivalent in Marketing from premium institutes
- 8-10 years' brand management or marketing experience in FMCG is must
