Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Developer with 5 to 9 years of experience in Quadient Inspire. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data governance and will be responsible for developing and maintaining high-quality software solutions. This hybrid role requires excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities
Develop and maintain software solutions using Quadient Inspire to meet business requirements.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design develop and implement software applications.Provide technical guidance and support to junior developers to ensure high-quality code.Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.Troubleshoot and resolve software defects and issues in a timely manner.Participate in the full software development lifecycle including requirements gathering design development testing and deployment.Ensure software solutions are scalable maintainable and secure.Work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and provide effective solutions.Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve software development processes.Develop and maintain documentation for software applications and processes.Provide support for software applications including troubleshooting and resolving issues.Collaborate with the data governance team to ensure data quality and compliance with regulatory requirements.Participate in team meetings and contribute to project planning and status updates.
Qualifications
Possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in software development with Quadient Inspire.Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.Have experience in data governance and understanding of regulatory requirements.Show excellent communication and collaboration skills.Exhibit proficiency in software development best practices and coding standards.Have a strong understanding of the software development lifecycle.Be able to work in a hybrid work model with flexibility.Demonstrate the ability to mentor and support junior developers.Show commitment to continuous learning and improvement.Have experience with troubleshooting and resolving software issues.Be able to develop and maintain documentation for software applications.Show the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.Demonstrate a proactive approach to identifying and addressing potential issues.
