Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Developer with 5 to 9 years of experience in Quadient Inspire. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data governance and will be responsible for developing and maintaining high-quality software solutions. This hybrid role requires excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic environment.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain software solutions using Quadient Inspire to meet business requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design develop and implement software applications.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to junior developers to ensure high-quality code.
  • Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve software defects and issues in a timely manner.
  • Participate in the full software development lifecycle including requirements gathering design development testing and deployment.
  • Ensure software solutions are scalable maintainable and secure.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and provide effective solutions.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve software development processes.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for software applications and processes.
  • Provide support for software applications including troubleshooting and resolving issues.
  • Collaborate with the data governance team to ensure data quality and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to project planning and status updates.

  • Possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in software development with Quadient Inspire.
  • Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
  • Have experience in data governance and understanding of regulatory requirements.
  • Show excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Exhibit proficiency in software development best practices and coding standards.
  • Have a strong understanding of the software development lifecycle.
  • Be able to work in a hybrid work model with flexibility.
  • Demonstrate the ability to mentor and support junior developers.
  • Show commitment to continuous learning and improvement.
  • Have experience with troubleshooting and resolving software issues.
  • Be able to develop and maintain documentation for software applications.
  • Show the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Demonstrate a proactive approach to identifying and addressing potential issues.
