Job Description

How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?

To Make sure all finished goods meets company standard and customer requirements.

Safety:

Safety- Should wear the appropriate PPE for their job,
Should follow health and safety Policy, instructions and training, and adhere to safety procedures.
Report UA/UC timely and stop any unsafe act or condition as and when required.
Make sure all equipments are clean after use for any hazardous substance.

Lab Process:

Operation of calibration/Analysis/testing on day-to-day basis. (accredited/non-accredited mixture)
Preparation of certificate/Label after readiness of material and testing.
Work assigned by manager on day to day basis.
Maintenance troubleshooting of laboratory Instruments, Report malfunction to Manager.
Install new equipments and or develop new process to fulfill requirements.
Support lab assistant for laboratory work & stock.
Verifying the validity of an instrument before and after conducting calibrations or tests.
Chemists may develop new processes, or improve existing ones to get more beneficial results.
Analyse Raw material and finished goods to make sure all are fulfilling requirements.

MSDS:

Preparation of Safety Data Sheet (SDS) of Gas Mixture & pure Gases. Pre-dispatch inspection as per delivery challan

Documentation:

Prepare and or Maintain documents required for Audit. (Audit Compliance -No major NC)
Prepare Laboratory Documents.i.e, SOP, Cylinder conversion (CCOE)List.
Prepare Monthly Hydrocarbon Stock as per manufacturing.
Prepare export material documents as per need.

Are you a MATCH?

BSC, Chemistry Graduate, MSC will be advantage
Work experience- 3-4 years experience in gas analysis on Gas Chromatograph, Handling variou types of gas detector
Familiarised ISO 9001:2015 & ISO 17025:2017 , If Internal auditor for 17025 then it will be advantage.
