Role Overview:

As a WordPress Developer at C2C Media, you will be responsible for developing full-scale WordPress websites, implementing custom features, optimizing site performance, and ensuring seamless functionality across devices. Youll collaborate closely with designers, content creators, and digital strategists to build high-quality, conversion-focused websites.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop fully responsive and visually engaging WordPress websites using Elementor, Gutenberg, WPBakery, or custom themes.
• Convert Figma/Adobe XD designs into pixel-perfect WordPress pages.
• Customize WordPress themes & plugins based on project requirements.
• Implement website architecture, security, speed optimization, and technical best practices.
• Integrate APIs, third-party tools, forms, CRM connectors, analytics, etc.
• Troubleshoot performance, speed, hosting, and compatibility issues.
• Maintain and update existing websites for improvements and bug fixes.
• Collaborate with design, SEO, and content teams for seamless execution.
• Ensure website SEO-readiness (basic technical SEO).
• Stay updated on the latest WordPress trends, plugins, and development practices.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on WordPress development experience .
• Strong knowledge of WordPress themes, plugins, custom post types, and page builders.
• Proficiency in PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery.
• Experience working with MySQL databases & hosting environments (cPanel, WHM, etc.).
• Ability to convert Figma/PSD designs into responsive WordPress pages.
• Familiarity with speed optimization tools and techniques (caching, CDN, etc.).
• Knowledge of website security best practices.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines efficiently.
