Alexa International Tech is seeking a Sr Technical Program Manager.
Alexa is the Amazon service that powers the groundbreaking Echo family of devices and strives to build world's best AI powered personal assistant.

Alexa International Tech centrally innovates technical strategy across science and engineering on behalf of international customers
As a Sr.
TPM you will be responsible to (1) drive large scale customer impacting programs (2) Influence and drive roadmap interfacing with large number of technical teams to innovate towards large and complicated scalable architectural changes.
You will work with several business teams in a global setting and core technical teams in and outside of Alexa org to understand specific business needs, assist in the technical design of processes and technical solutions, innovate new features, and drive large engineering mechanisms to deliver on customer's behalf
A successful candidate will have an established track record in customer facing, cross
- functional program initiatives.
The will have broad and deep technical knowledge, have demonstrated problem solving skills, excellent schedule/delivery management skills, great communication skills, and a motivation to achieve results in a fast paced collaborative environment.
A successful candidate will quickly earn trust with variety of partners, foster a constructive program environment and ability to drive decisions.
Basic Qualifications
- 7+ years of working directly with engineering teams experience
- 5+ years of technical product or program management experience
- 3+ years of software development experience
- 5+ years of technical program management working directly with software engineering teams experience
- Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules
- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
Preferred Qualifications
- 5+ years of project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, along with risk and critical path management experience
- Experience managing projects across cross functional teams, building sustainable processes and coordinating release schedules
- Experience defining KPI's/SLA's used to drive multi
- million dollar businesses and reporting to senior leadership
