Supply Chain Analyst/Data Analyst should handle python scripts over big and multiple datasets. The associate provides decision support by analyzing data files to uncover root causes and formulate options for the teams to consider. Building real time dashboards, and driving data analysis improvements in the process, are key components of this role. This is a hands-on position that will collaborate regularly with the Demand Planning, Hardware delivery, Customer Fulfillment, and other disciplines in Supply Chain-Hardware.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze data using statistical tools and techniques to explore the data in identifying patterns, relationships, and trends.
• Create and maintain ETL by data cleaning, modelling and enhance it.
• Represent data findings visually through charts, graphs and dashboards to make the data understandable at a glance.
• Developing business requirements and use cases, process workflows, creating project plans and timelines, and tracking key performance indicators.
• Provide decision support and presentation materials for the Regular Business Reviews
• Assist in automation and related developments by coding, testing, documentation, and support activities of the tools.
• Take on and prioritize ad-hoc analysis identifying problem, root cause and the impact on organizations or processes.
• Ability to identify issues and opportunities and recommend the solutions.
• Identifying areas of inefficiency within operations and streamline processes to reduce costs and increase productivity.
• Perform regular reports; daily, weekly, monthly reports and reporting trend analysis on regular basis.
• Interpreting data to identify trends and draw conclusions about business performance.
• Assist in developing dashboards in Power BI and in data modelling.
• Extract actionable insights from raw data that can influence strategies and operations.
• Focus on hands-on implementation and impact of various product, process, and business changes, with a very high degree of accountability.

Qualifications Required

• Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Operations Research, Computer Science or related discipline
• 3-4 years of related quantitative/statistical analysis experience in high-tech or in related industry
• 2+ years of work experience in Supply Chain as Data analyst/Business analyst.
• 1+ year of python experience is must.
• Experience in handling stored procedures and triggers are required - PL/SQL.
• Must have proficiency in MS Excel functions and power query.
• Proven analytics skills, including mining, evaluation, and visualization.
• Ability to be adaptable and flexible in responding to deadlines and workflow fluctuations.
• Knowledge in Excel Macro / VBA is preferred.
• Power BI/Tableau designing experience is preferred for this position.
