Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Software Engineer with 10 to 14 years of experience in .NET .NET memory management and WPF. The ideal candidate will work in a hybrid model during day shifts contributing to the development and enhancement of our software solutions. This role does not require travel.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain high-quality software solutions using .NET technologies.
  • Implement and optimize .NET memory management to ensure efficient application performance.
  • Design and develop user interfaces using WPF to create intuitive and responsive applications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for new features and enhancements.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers to foster their growth and development.
  • Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues to maintain system stability and performance.
  • Participate in the full software development lifecycle including planning design development testing and deployment.
  • Ensure that all software solutions are secure scalable and maintainable.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve our software solutions.
  • Contribute to the documentation of software designs specifications and user manuals.
  • Collaborate with QA teams to ensure thorough testing and quality assurance of software releases.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates on project progress and address any concerns.

  • Possess extensive experience in .NET development and memory management.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in WPF for designing and developing user interfaces.
  • Exhibit strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
  • Showcase excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Have a solid understanding of software development best practices and coding standards.
  • Be committed to continuous learning and staying updated with the latest industry trends.
  • Display a proactive approach to identifying and addressing potential issues before they become problems.
