Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Software Engineer with 4 to 8 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in SQL JavaScript Java Spring Boot and Spring MVC. This hybrid role offers the flexibility of working both remotely and on-site with a focus on day shifts. The successful candidate will contribute to the development and maintenance of high-quality software solutions that drive our business forward.
Responsibilities
Develop and maintain high-quality software applications using SQL JavaScript Java Spring Boot and Spring MVC.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define design and ship new features.Ensure the performance quality and responsiveness of applications.Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs.Help maintain code quality organization and automation.Participate in code reviews to maintain high code quality standards.Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.Work closely with product management to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications.Implement and maintain application security best practices.Continuously discover evaluate and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency.Contribute to the design and architecture of new and existing systems.Ensure software is up-to-date with the latest technologies and industry trends.Document development processes code changes and other technical information.
Qualifications
Possess a strong understanding of SQL JavaScript Java Spring Boot and Spring MVC.Demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Show proficiency in software development best practices and methodologies.Have experience with version control systems like Git.Exhibit strong communication and collaboration skills.Be capable of working in a hybrid work model with a focus on day shifts.Have a minimum of 4 years and a maximum of 8 years of relevant experience.Display a proactive attitude towards learning and adopting new technologies.Be able to work independently as well as part of a team.Show a commitment to producing high-quality work.Demonstrate the ability to mentor and guide junior team members.Have experience in agile development methodologies.Possess a bachelors degree in Computer Science or a related field.
Certifications Required
Certified Java Programmer Spring Professional Certification SQL Certification.
