Responsibilities : - Develop and maintain high-quality software solutions using SQL JavaScript Java Spring Boot and React JS. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define design and ship new features. - Ensure the performance quality and responsiveness of applications. - Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs. - Help maintain code quality organization and automation. - Participate in code reviews to maintain high code quality standards. - Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers. - Work closely with product managers to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications. - Implement and maintain automated testing frameworks to ensure code reliability. - Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure our solutions remain current and competitive. - Contribute to the continuous improvement of our development processes and methodologies. - Ensure all development work is carried out in accordance with best practices and standards. - Collaborate with DevOps teams to ensure smooth deployment and operation of software solutions. -Qualifications - Possess a strong understanding of SQL for database management and manipulation. - Demonstrate proficiency in JavaScript for front-end development. - Have extensive experience in Java and Spring Boot for back-end development. - Show expertise in React JS for building user interfaces. - Exhibit strong problem-solving skills and the ability to debug complex issues. - Have excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders. - Be able to work independently and manage time effectively in a hybrid work environment. - Experience with automated testing frameworks is a plus. - Familiarity with Agile development methodologies is nice to have. - A bachelors degree in Computer Science or a related field is required. - A masters degree in a relevant field is nice to have. - Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality software solutions. 9.
