Job Summary

We are seeking a Sr. Software Engineer with 4 to 6 years of experience in React JS and Java to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will work in a hybrid model primarily during day shifts. This role does not require travel. The candidate will contribute to the development of innovative software solutions that drive our companys success and positively impact society.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain high-quality software solutions using React JS and Java.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define design and ship new features.
  • Ensure the performance quality and responsiveness of applications.
  • Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs to enhance application performance.
  • Conduct code reviews to maintain code quality and share knowledge with team members.
  • Participate in the entire software development lifecycle from concept to deployment.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure our solutions remain cutting-edge.
  • Work closely with product managers to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Implement best practices for software development including coding standards code reviews and automated testing.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of our development processes and methodologies.
  • Ensure that all software solutions are scalable secure and maintainable.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency.

    • Qualifications

  • Possess a strong understanding of React JS and Java with proven experience in developing complex applications.
  • Have experience with front-end technologies such as HTML CSS and JavaScript.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of back-end development and RESTful APIs.
  • Show proficiency in version control systems like Git.
  • Exhibit problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Have excellent communication and collaboration skills.
