Job Summary

We are seeking a Sr. Software Engineer with 8 to 10 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in React JS Microservices Spring Boot and Java with a strong background in Medicare & Medicaid Claims Claims and Payer domains. This hybrid role offers the opportunity to work on impactful projects in the healthcare industry.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain high-quality software solutions using React JS Spring Boot and Java.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design develop and implement new features.
  • Ensure the performance quality and responsiveness of applications.
  • Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs.
  • Participate in code reviews to maintain high code quality standards.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.
  • Work closely with product managers to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Implement best practices for software development and ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Conduct thorough testing and debugging of applications to ensure optimal performance.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure continuous improvement.
  • Contribute to the overall architecture and design of the software systems.
  • Document software designs code and processes for future reference.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery and alignment with business goals.

  • Possess a strong proficiency in React JS Spring Boot and Java.
  • Have extensive experience in the Medicare & Medicaid Claims Claims and Payer domains.
