Job Summary

We are seeking a Sr. Software Engineer B2 with 10 to 12 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in AWS React JS SQL Spring Boot Java JavaScript and MySQL. Experience in New Product Development within the T&H domain is a plus. This hybrid role requires strong technical skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a day shift environment.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain high-quality software solutions using AWS React JS SQL Spring Boot Java JavaScript and MySQL.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design develop and implement new features and enhancements.
  • Ensure the performance quality and responsiveness of applications.
  • Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs to optimize application performance.
  • Participate in code reviews to maintain high code quality standards.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.
  • Work closely with product managers and stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Implement best practices for software development including coding standards code reviews source control management build processes and testing.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure the continuous improvement of the development process.
  • Contribute to the overall architecture and design of the software system.
  • Ensure the security and scalability of the applications developed.
  • Participate in agile development processes including sprint planning daily stand-ups and retrospectives.
  • Collaborate with QA teams to ensure thorough testing and validation of software solutions.

    • Qualifications

  • Possess a strong understanding of AWS React JS SQL Spring Boot Java JavaScript and MySQL.
  • Have experience in New Product Development within the T&H domain is a plus.
  • Demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Exhibit strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
  • Show a proactive attitude towards learning new technologies and improving existing skills.
  • Have a proven track record of delivering high-quality software solutions on time and within budget.
  • Display a strong understanding of software development best practices and methodologies.
