Job Summary
We are seeking a Sr. Software Engineer with 7 to 11 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Spring Boot Angular JS and Java. This hybrid role offers the flexibility of working both remotely and on-site with no travel required. Responsibilities
Design and develop high-quality software solutions using Spring Boot Angular JS and Java.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define design and ship new features.Ensure the performance quality and responsiveness of applications.Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs.Maintain code quality organization and automation.Participate in code reviews to maintain high code quality standards.Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.Contribute to the continuous improvement of the development process.Work closely with product managers to understand requirements and deliver solutions that meet business needs.Develop and maintain technical documentation.Ensure software is secure and scalable.Participate in agile development processes including sprint planning and daily stand-ups.

Possess strong experience in Spring Boot Angular JS and Java.Demonstrate proficiency in developing scalable and secure applications.Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Show ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid work environment.Have strong communication skills to effectively interact with team members and stakeholders.Display a proactive attitude towards learning and adopting new technologies.Hold a bachelors degree in Computer Science or a related field.Have experience with version control systems like Git.Understand agile methodologies and experience working in agile teams.Show ability to mentor and guide junior developers.Demonstrate experience in writing and maintaining technical documentation.Have a proven track record of delivering high-quality software solutions.Exhibit strong organizational and time management skills.Ionic Developer with SalesForce Integration/API experience
