Job Summary
We are looking for a Sr. Software Engineer with 5 to 7 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in React JS SQL Spring Boot Java and JavaScript. Experience in Analytics is a plus. This is a hybrid role with day shifts and no travel required. You will play a crucial role in developing and maintaining our software solutions contributing to the companys success and making a positive impact on society.
Responsibilities
Develop and maintain high-quality software applications using React JS SQL Spring Boot Java and JavaScript.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define design and ship new features.Ensure the performance quality and responsiveness of applications.Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs.Help maintain code quality organization and automatization.Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.Work closely with product managers and designers to understand user requirements and translate them into technical specifications.Contribute to the continuous improvement of the development process.Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure our software solutions remain competitive.Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.Ensure that all software development follows best practices and coding standards.Develop and execute unit tests to ensure the reliability of the software.Document software designs and code for future reference and maintenance.
Qualifications
Must have strong experience in React JS SQL Spring Boot Java and JavaScript.Should have a solid understanding of software development principles and methodologies.Must have excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.Should have good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.Experience in Analytics is a plus.Should be familiar with Agile development practices.Must have a strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality software.Should have the ability to learn new technologies quickly and adapt to changing requirements.Must have a Bachelors degree in Computer Science or a related field.Should have experience with version control systems like Git.Must have a good understanding of database design and management.Should have experience with RESTful API development and integration.Must be able to work in a hybrid work model and be available for day shifts.
