Job Summary

We are seeking a Sr. Software Engineer with 5 to 9 years of experience in developing and maintaining high-quality software solutions. The ideal candidate will have expertise in BootStrap TypeScript Angular (versions 13-16) Spring Boot Core Java and Java. Experience in the Customer Service (Mortgage) domain is essential. This is a hybrid work model with day shifts and no travel required.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain high-quality software solutions using BootStrap TypeScript Angular Spring Boot Core Java and Java.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define design and ship new features.
  • Ensure the performance quality and responsiveness of applications.
  • Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs.
  • Help maintain code quality organization and automation.
  • Participate in code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
  • Work closely with the customer service (mortgage) domain team to understand requirements and deliver solutions that meet business needs.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure the company remains competitive.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of the development process.
  • Ensure that all software developed is secure and compliant with industry standards.
  • Document software solutions and processes for future reference.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide regular updates on project status.

  • Must have strong experience in BootStrap TypeScript Angular (versions 13-16) Spring Boot Core Java and Java.
  • Must have domain experience in Customer Service (Mortgage).
  • Should have excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Should have the ability to work in a hybrid work model.
  • Should have strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Should have experience with agile development methodologies.
