Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Software Engineer with 15 to 17 years of experience specializing in React JS. The ideal candidate will work in a hybrid model during day shifts contributing to the development of innovative software solutions that drive our companys success and positively impact society.


Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and development of complex software applications using React JS.
  • Oversee the entire software development lifecycle ensuring high-quality deliverables.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement new features.
  • Ensure the performance quality and responsiveness of applications.
  • Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs.
  • Maintain code quality organization and automation.
  • Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.
  • Participate in agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation.
  • Work closely with product managers to understand requirements and deliver solutions.
  • Contribute to the overall success of the team and company by achieving project goals.

  • Possess extensive experience in React JS demonstrating deep technical expertise.
  • Have a strong understanding of JavaScript HTML and CSS.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in software development methodologies and best practices.
  • Show excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Exhibit strong communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Have experience with version control systems like Git.
  • Understand the principles of responsive design and cross-browser compatibility.
  • Be familiar with RESTful APIs and integration.
  • Possess a degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • Have experience with agile development processes.
  • Show a commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
  • Demonstrate the ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model.
  • Exhibit a proactive approach to identifying and solving technical challenges.
