Job Summary
We are seeking a Sr. Product Test Specialist with 8 to 12 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Guidewire - PolicyCenter Guidewire - ClaimCenter Guidewire - BillingCenter and Guidewire. This role requires domain experience in Governance Risk & Compliance and Finance & Accounting. The work model is hybrid with day shifts and no travel required.
Responsibilities
Lead the testing efforts for Guidewire applications including PolicyCenter ClaimCenter and BillingCenter.Oversee the creation and execution of detailed test plans and test cases.Provide expertise in Governance Risk & Compliance and Finance & Accounting domains.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure comprehensive test coverage.Identify document and track defects and ensure their resolution.Ensure that all testing activities are conducted in compliance with company standards and regulations.Develop automated test scripts to improve testing efficiency.Conduct performance testing to ensure system reliability and scalability.Mentor junior testers and provide guidance on best practices.Participate in requirement analysis and design discussions to ensure testability.Communicate test results and progress to stakeholders effectively.Continuously improve testing processes and methodologies.Ensure that the final product meets the highest quality standards.
Qualifications
Must have extensive experience with GuidewirePolicyCenter GuidewireClaimCenter GuidewireBillingCenter and Guidewire.Must have domain expertise in Governance Risk & Compliance and Finance & Accounting.Should have strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Should have experience with automated testing tools.Must have excellent communication and collaboration skills.Should be able to work independently and as part of a team.Must have a keen attention to detail.Should have experience in a hybrid work model.Must be able to work day shifts.Should have a proactive approach to identifying and mitigating risks.Must be committed to continuous learning and improvement.Should have a strong understanding of software development life cycle.Must be able to mentor and guide junior team members.
