Job Summary

We are seeking a Sr. Product Specialist (T) with 6 to 10 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Chromeleon Empower and other lab systems. This role requires strong technical skills and domain experience in COTS Products (LS QSC and Mfg&SC). The work model is hybrid with day shifts and no travel required. Proficiency in English is essential.


Responsibilities

  • Lead the implementation and support of Chromeleon and Empower systems to ensure seamless integration and functionality.
  • Oversee the maintenance and troubleshooting of lab systems to minimize downtime and ensure optimal performance.
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance to team members on Chromeleon Empower and other lab systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and develop solutions that meet business needs.
  • Conduct system testing and validation to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for system configurations processes and procedures.
  • Train end-users on system functionalities and best practices to enhance their productivity and efficiency.
  • Monitor system performance and implement improvements to optimize system operations.
  • Participate in project planning and execution to ensure timely delivery of system enhancements and upgrades.
  • Analyze and resolve system issues in a timely manner to minimize impact on business operations.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to management on system status and project progress.
  • Stay current with industry trends and advancements in lab systems to ensure the company remains competitive.
  • Support the development and implementation of standard operating procedures for lab systems.

    • Qualifications

  • Must have strong technical skills in Chromeleon and Empower systems.
  • Experience with other lab systems is essential.
  • Domain experience in COTS Products (LS Mfg&SC) is highly desirable.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills are required.
  • Strong communication skills in English (Read/Write Speak) are essential.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a hybrid work model.
  • Experience in system testing validation and compliance with industry standards.
  • Proven ability to train and support end-users effectively.
  • Strong documentation and reporting skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
  • Proactive approach to system maintenance and performance optimization.
