Job Summary

We are seeking a Sr. Product Specialist (T) with 6 to 10 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Omnistudio OmniStation OmniPlus and Omni Script. Experience in Life and Annuities Insurance is a plus. This hybrid role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment with a focus on innovation and excellence.


Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and implementation of product strategies for Omnistudio OmniStation OmniPlus and Omni Script.
  • Oversee the product lifecycle from inception to launch ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance to the team to ensure high-quality deliverables.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product requirements and specifications.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the Life and Annuities Insurance domain.
  • Develop and maintain product documentation including user guides and technical specifications.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in product development.
  • Monitor and analyze product performance making data-driven decisions to optimize outcomes.
  • Facilitate communication between stakeholders to ensure project alignment and transparency.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and efficiency.
  • Support the sales and marketing teams with technical insights and product demonstrations.
  • Provide training and support to internal teams and clients on product functionalities.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to maintain a competitive edge.

    • Qualifications

  • Must have strong technical skills in Omnistudio OmniStation OmniPlus and Omni Script.
  • Experience in Life and Annuities Insurance is highly desirable.
  • Should possess excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Must have strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Should be able to work effectively in a hybrid work model.
  • Must have the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
